BETH DOANE
Founder Andira International
Founder & Designer, The Andira Rain-Tee Collection
At age 22, Beth created Andira International as a fashion import and distribution company focusing on bringing exclusive European brands to the United States market. Wanting to see fashion take a more conscious approach to the environment, fair labor and the importance of education, Beth created her own line, Rain Tees, in 2008. Rain Tees launched at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week and became an internationally selling brand within its first year. Beth’s background in designing, manufacturing and launching brands as eco-consciously as possible has led her to be a sought after consultant to corporations and designers interested in the marketing, production and design of everything from baby clothes to skincare. She also speaks nationally about the need for more sustainable production worldwide and is working on a children's book about environmental education.

LAURA CARDENAS
Designer/Art Director
Laura Cardenas was raised in Ecuador to American-Ecuadorean parents and moved to the United States in 1990 to study art and design. She began her career as a graphic designer and then became an art director at some of the top firms in the country. Always fascinated with antique ethnic jewelry she eventually left corporate America to travel and explore exotic lands like Morocco and Thailand. Her experiences abroad inspired her to launch Artesania Jewelry-a completely handmade, fair trade and eco-conscious collection of rare stones, shells and silver. Laura's work in design, ad campaigns and production has made her a wonderful attribute to Andira's wide range of clients and projects.
